1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and platform operated by Future Concerns AB (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Future Concerns AB provides manpower, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll, work permit, and relocation services across Sweden, the Nordic region, and Europe. Services are delivered in partnership with Relofy Tech AB (platform technology) and Sweden Relocators AB (immigration advisory).
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a candidate account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Candidate Obligations
- Provide truthful CV, qualifications, and work history
- Hold valid qualifications, certifications, and identity documents where claimed
- Disclose any legal restrictions on employment or mobility
- Communicate professionally with employers and our team
5. Employer Obligations
- Post only legitimate, lawful job openings compliant with Swedish labour law
- Honour collective agreements (kollektivavtal) where applicable
- Respect candidate data confidentiality under GDPR and our DPA
- Pay agreed placement, EOR, or staffing fees on time
6. Fees & Payment
Services to candidates are free of charge. Employer fees vary by service type (direct placement, EOR, temporary staffing) and are agreed in a separate service agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest per Räntelagen (1975:635).
7. Placement Guarantee
For direct placements, we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee subject to the terms in the individual service agreement. The guarantee does not apply where the employer materially alters the role, working conditions, or breaches the employment contract.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and platform technology are the property of Future Concerns AB, Relofy Tech AB, or Sweden Relocators AB. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written consent.
9. Disclaimers
While we apply reasonable care in matching, vetting, and immigration handling, we do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, visa approvals, or placement duration. Immigration decisions rest solely with Migrationsverket and other competent authorities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall first be attempted resolved amicably. Failing agreement, disputes shall be settled in Malmö tingsrätt as the court of first instance, unless otherwise mandated by consumer protection law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website.
